Safe access to meters

It is important that our meter readers can safely access your meter during normal business hours. If there is anything that prevents them from doing this, e.g. locks on gates or doors, building renovations, unrestrained dogs, then you should contact us on 1300 13 2003.

If access to your meter is not possible then Aurora is entitled to bill you according to an estimate based on previous electricity usage.
