You can request a disconnection of your electricity supply via Aurora Online. Simply enter the details about the address you wish to disconnect along with your new mailing address.

Our Disconnection Guarantee
If you are disconnecting a supply online then in most cases this will happen no later than the end of the next business day provided that everything in your application is in order.

Disconnect your gas supply
If you are moving premises and need to disconnect your gas please phone our Call Centre on 1300 13 2003 between Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. We will organise a final meter reading, which will cost $110.
