PrePay
PrePay is a secure and convenient way to make advance payments against your electricity charges. Aurora issues you with a card that features your name, account number and a personal barcode.
You can make a payment of $15 or more at any Australia Post Office or agency, or any branch of Service Tasmania by presenting your card. There's no need to take along an account – the amount will be automatically credited against your next bill. You will be given a receipt, which you should retain to check against the pre-paid amount credited to your next statement.

Centrepay
Centrelink customers can have fortnightly deductions made from their pensions, benefits or allowances at no cost. Centrepay payments will reduce the amount you need to pay when your Aurora bill arrives. To apply, call the Aurora Call Centre on 1300 13 2003, or contact us via this online form.

Aurora PAY AS YOU GO
When you sign up for Aurora PAY AS YOU GO (APAYG) you will never receive a power bill again. Simply purchase the power that you need when you need it and know exactly how much you are using at any given time. You can purchase power at one of our APAYG Recharge Agents.

EasyPay
You can use Aurora EasyPay to make regular, even payments. This allows you to spread your Aurora account across the year and avoid those big bills over winter. With EasyPay, you pay an agreed regular amount, which is based on your pattern of electricity consumption plus a percentage as a contingency for increased use.
