Payment methods

We have a number of payment methods available to you, whether you prefer to pay online (via credit card or BPAY), over the phone with your credit card or debit account, in person or mail with cash or a cheque or prepay.

Prepayment and our payment arrangements let you pay the same amount over time and we have a number of options available to you. If you use direct debit or EasyPay you can choose to pay the same amount throughout the year and avoid that big variation between your summer and winter bill.

You can also choose Aurora PAY AS YOU GO which allows you to prepay for your electricity.

With a credit card or BPAY

Use your credit card to pay online, or pay via BPAY online or over the phone

By phone, mail or in person

Pay using credit card or debit card, with a cheque or money order, or at Australia Post or Service Tasmania.

Prepayment

We have payment options that allow you to prepay for your energy bills.

Direct Debit gives you the control to decide how to pay your energy bills ‐ and then does the work for you!
