Change your billing details

If you want to change your billing details for any account you have with Aurora you can do it online with Aurora Online.

To modify your billing details online, you need to be registered for Aurora Online. Once you are registered, you can log in to Aurora Online and visit ‘My accounts’ and click on the account address or number that you want to change the details for.

From there, choose the ‘modify this mailing address’ link.

If you don't want to register for Aurora Online, you can change your billing address by calling the Call Centre on 1300 13 2003.
