Aurora's Hardship Policy
Aurora’s Hardship Policy is a commitment by Aurora that it will work with customers in times of financial hardship or temporary difficulties.
We have developed a series of actions and responsibilities to help you if you are having trouble paying your electricity or Aurora PAY AS YOU GO costs.
The policy was developed in partnership with TasCOSS, Anglicare and the Salvation Army.
