You can request a disconnection of your electricity supply via Aurora Online. Simply enter details about the address you wish to disconnect along with your new mailing address. An Aurora representative will contact you within 24 hours (or next business day) of receiving your application.
Alternatively you can phone our Call Centre on 1300 13 2045 between Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm to arrange your electricity disconnection.
Our Disconnection Guarantee
If you are disconnecting a supply online then in most cases this will happen no later than the end of the next business day provided that everything in your application is in order.
