What is a Standing Offer Contestable Customer?

You are a Standing Offer Contestable Customer (SOCC) if you consume between 50MWh and 150MWh of electricity per annum at one site (with electricity bills between around $10 000 and $30 000 per site per year.

Aurora also provides electricity contracts for large businesses that consume over 150MWh per site per annum; this is managed by large business team.
