Many Bill Express agent locations are unable to charge up Aurora PAY AS YOU Go Smart Cards at this time. Aurora is working to overcome this problem by putting in place a backup payment system.
Aurora Energy sincerely apologises for the inconvenience and is working hard to increase the number of Recharge locations available to all customers.
