Make sure you are registered for Aurora Online Services

Aurora Online Services is a free service for our customers, however you must be registered to use it.

You can register online or by calling our Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003 (residential) or 1300 13 2045 (business) between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday – Friday.

Username

This is the username sent to you by Aurora when you first registered for online services. If you cannot remember this, you can use the first 8 digits of your Aurora account number instead. You will find this in the coloured box in the top right hand corner of your Aurora bill.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it online or contact the Aurora Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003 (residential) or 1300 13 2045 (business) between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday – Friday. A new username and/or password will be issued via post or email if you are already registered. Once you have received your new password it will be ready to use straight away.

Things to remember when changing your password

Your new password:

must be at least 6 characters long
must not exceed 20 characters
can be made up of either numbers or letters*
should not be disclosed to any other person

*Aurora recommends that your password contain a combination of letters and numbers.

Your password is case sensitive

You must use the correct combination of upper and lower case letters.
