Request a payment extension

If you are having trouble paying your bill and would like to request a short term payment extension, please use this form.

You can request to make a series of repayments or a one-off extension.
Your final payment must be made 1 week before your next meter reading date. (You can find this on the back page of your bill, towards the bottom.)
If your payment arrangement does not clear your debt 1 week before your next meter reading date, you will receive an overdue notice for the amount outstanding.
If you make this request before your bill due date, you will not be charged the late fee, but you will be charged interest for every day you have debt outstanding after the due date.
