Power outage reports
Power interruptions are either planned for maintenance or unplanned due to storm or accidental damage. We try to minimise power outages as much as possible and provide up-do-date information.
Information on current outages

| Large-scale outages | Visit the media centre | If you are part of a larger power outage due to storm or accidental damage, the latest updates are available at the media centre. |
Report a power outage

| Life-threatening emergency | 000 | If a life is in danger, call the emergency line directly. |
| Report fallen powerlines. | 13 2004 | But please keep away from fallen powerlines. |
| Report an outage | 13 2004 | Check with neighbours first, then call to hear all current outage information. If your area isn’t listed, stay on the line to report it. |
