Aurora's Safety in Schools Program is a free service which aims to reduce the risk of electrical incidents and prevent tragic accidents by educating Tasmania's children about electrical dangers.
The statewide program is for primary students, Kindergarten to Grade Six. Presentations by trained electrical experts vary in time from 40 minutes to one hour, and are interactive and educational.
Featuring 'Sparky', students will learn about electricity and its benefits, while also gaining insight into electrical dangers.
If you would like an Aurora Energy Safety in Schools presenter to visit your school, contact the Program Coordinator on 03 6237 3207 for more information.
